Management (WRM) was designed
to help a person ask themselves this important question.
“What part of Self-Help Wellness am I weak on?"
- Knowing the answer to that question, in the multidimensional Self-Help Wellness field, is not as easy as it sounds. We call this knowing where
your Wellness RISK lies. Your
Wellness RISK tells you how soon
you are likely to become sick or injured.
- Once you learn what Wellness RISK you are weak in you will find that 'for your lifestyle', there
will be certain priorities that are more important than others.
- Once you learn your priorities, the hard part begins, and that hard part is getting your priorities
completed. This is the “Compliance with Wellness Science” part of the formula. We call
that part MANAGING your Wellness RISK and we have a website called
Wellness RISK Management to help you find your way.
From the above, you can see that you will need two different kinds of help and two different skill sets to
learn. First, you will need to be MEASURED appropriately
with an anonymous, multidimensional, Self-Help focus, one that is
born out of clinical science. Then you will need a Wellness
RISK Management Tutoring Workshop Program to help you find the focus and then maintain the focus.
Once you learn those skills, you will be able to measure yourself online and build a new
WRM
Action Plan for yourself. At the end of about three months, you can measure yourself
again, discover new priorities and then work on a new WRM
Action Plan, all provided for you by Wellness
RISK Management.

We are looking for people who are interested in working toward improving their Wellness. We offer a service to
measure their Wellness RISK and then we provide Tutorial
Workshops to help people work toward improving their RISK by following the science.
38 Wellness RISK score numbers represent a person’s Wellness RISK profile. Red flags and
yellow flags are identified as the most important items to work toward improving. An eight item Action
Plan list recommends a person’s start toward improvement. Tutorial Workshops help a person stay on task to complete all
items, then we provide another eight items for fine tuning.
We don’t supply supplements and we don’t supply products. We supply two services to help people learn about
themselves and stay on track with their Action Plan list.
